Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) is a satire, parody and meme community. All content is for entertainment, humour and civic awareness. Nothing here is a real policy, real promise or real political endorsement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to post or promote hate speech, harassment, violent threats, defamation, fake news, or content targeting any individual, religion, caste or community.

3. User content

If you submit memes, comments or registration info, you grant CJP a non-exclusive licence to display and share that content within the community (excluding your WhatsApp number, which stays private).

4. No political affiliation

CJP is not affiliated with any registered political party, government body, election candidate, or campaign. References to real parties, leaders or events are satirical commentary.

5. Liability

The site is provided "as-is". We make no warranties. To the extent permitted by law, CJP is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using the site.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
